I got referred to Gabriel by a friend who had worked with them to get some abatement work done. We had a combination of both Asbestos abatement as well as some demolition work to be done in our basement and attic. Prior to working with A&R Construction, I have not had too much luck with construction contractors being professional and timely – Gabriel arrived on time, gave me a written quote and walked my wife and me through all our concerns of the abatement work considering that we had just recently a baby. The price was reasonable and the output was stellar.
I hired them back for a bigger job 6 months later when we had water damage issues – Servepro guys were trying to scare me into doing a whole bunch of abatement work that I wasn’t convinced that was necessary I got Gabriel to come over – he walked me through his assessment and gave me a reasonable quote and worked the weekend (ServePro had already got the necessary permits filed) to meet the ServePro timelines.
On both jobs, the took care to ensure that the jobsite was thoroughly clean before they handed it over to us. Moreover they are easygoing to the point that we would have a beer post their long work day. I would highly recommend them to anyone for both abatement and demo services..
